Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed throughout our website or Instagram Page, Depending on your location, it can take around 2 to 10 working days.
One of our team will contact you directly through your WhatsApp number to confirm the order, Also you will receive a WhatsApp message once your order is dispatched with the courier. When the courier receives your order, he'll get in touch with you to confirm the best time for you to receive the order.
If anything encountered you with the courier or if you face any problems don’t hesitate to contact us through the Instagram DM or the WhatsApp number.The cost of shipping within Cairo is 60-80 EGP, Outside of Cairo, shipping costs range from 65 to 85 EGP, depending on the location

Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy is valid for three days. If your order has been delivered for more than 3 days, we are unable to offer you an exchange.
If you ordered something and didn't like it definitely don't receive it, you merely have to pay the shipping fees.
If you receive a defected item definitely don't hesitate to contact us directly and we will send you a replacement , kindly send the defected item with the courier back.
